Coaches/Assistant Coaches,
Welcome to
the 2012-2013 spring soccer season.
Thank you for volunteering to coach
this fall. Hopefully you have already been notified about the Coaches
Clinics, but I wanted to send out the information just in case.
The fall coaches clinics are set for Saturday, March 9th at Aldersgate’s Church;
U6 Clinic 9 - 10am { 10 – 10:30am U6 meetings }
U8 Clinic 10 - 11am { 11 – 11:30am U8 meetings }
U10 Clinic 11 - 12 noon { 12 – 12:30pm U10 meetings }
U11 and above clinic 12 - 1pm { 1 – 1:30pm U11-U19 meetings }
The Coaches
Clinics are HIGHLY recommended. You will receive instructional
assistance, team rosters, game schedules, hard passes, etc at this time.
NO packets will be distributed prior to the meetings.
This fall, ISA issued all Coaches / Assistant Coaches a new
2012-2013 Season Coach’s Hard Pass. The pass is to be worn around the
neck at all practices and games. Any parent expected to be on the
sideline during any Iowa Soccer sanctioned league match or practice and
Iowa Soccer sanctioned tournament must have a hard pass. The hard pass
is part of ISA's risk management efforts to further protect the players.
If you need to complete a new Disclosure Statement, you will be sent
that link. If you would like to update your photo, please email me a new
photo for your hard pass ~ otherwise, we’ll use the one on file (for
those who previously coached).
